Dear Sean, I want to thank you for the brilliant job you did for me. With the help of
the Brighton and Hove pest control office I had been dealing with a rat invasion for nearly
2 months. It was finally decided that they were coming up through the drains as, like many
properties in Woodingdean I had no interceptor drain. Southern Water engineers came and
advised a camera survey of the drains to check where the rats were gaining entry. I then
phoned you and in two days you came to my rescue.
I was literally desperate and in a right state. You were very professional but brought a
sense of humour to a rather grim situation. You checked my drains, flushed out 5 dead rats
from the pipes, plugged the sewage vent and advised me on how to seal the drain where the
concrete had crumbled and allowed the rats to get into the cavity wall and up into the loft.
All this at a very fair price.
I followed your advice and four weeks on I have had another check from the pest control
officer who found no trace of rat activity. I have not heard anything either. I would whole
heartedly recommend you to anyone and wish you every success in your business. I think of
you and your brother as among the good guys!
